This Quigley duplex was one of those projects that reminded us why we love what we do. It was a large-scale framing project with plenty of beams to fly and a lot of moving pieces, but our crew hit its stride early and the project came together smoothly from start to finish.

We had the opportunity to build this one for our good friend, Dave Morgan. Dave is incredibly detail-oriented and knows exactly what he wants, which made his reaction to our work that much more rewarding. He was beyond thrilled with the framing, and watching his excitement as the project took shape kept our crew motivated and made an already fun build even better.

There’s something special about taking on a big project, doing work you’re proud of, and seeing how genuinely excited the person on the other side is with the result.
